1. Publication

Description:

• Purpose; to publicate the program to students of engineering faculty.

• Technical procedure; release a paper of publication to attach at mading of any departments in engineering faculty.

• Targets; the papers of publilcation distributed and attached at mading jurusan.

1. Committee Open Recruitment

   • Purpose; to recruit the students of engineering faculty to join this program as committee.

   • Technical procedure; despite common recruitment committee, each department of FST recommends at least 2 persons.

   • Targets; amount of committee needed completed

2. Pleno Meeting

   • Purpose; to divide committee into divisions: secretariats (2 persons), agenda concepts (4 persons), sponsorship and permission (3 persons), aids-pubdecdoc (4 persons), consumption (2 persons).

   • Technical procedure; describe jobs for each section, choose one as section holder (to responsible), make targets for each section.

   • Targets; all of committee attend the meeting.
